C&R License?

I have read a few post abou this but am unfamiliar. What exaclty is it? I know it's Curio & Relic, but does this mean you can get some guns that others can't, or that you don't have to go throug a FFL for certain ones?

It is a license enabling collectors to have 50+ yr.old weapons sent directly to them without going through an FFL dealer. You are also required to keep written records of your acquisitions. It is meant only for collecting and does not enable you to buy and sell for profit.
