What do you all think about this line of czeck, however you spell it, stuff? It seems that the GB market and many others have been flooded with this line of toys.songdog

Well, I think we'd have about half the auctions posted that we have right now if that one seller didn't flood them with nothing but CZ rifles and pistols. I used to have fun browsing the auctions page-by-page. Now I have to sort through all THAT!

I know what you mean. Know when i am looking for a rifle on the GB i have to be very particular on the description part. Otherwise i get 10 pages of CZ and only one add that shows the tem i was looking for.songdog

Songdog, We just bought one of those cz 32 auto pistols and we are gonna go shoot it tomm. As for the rifles, i have only heard great things about them. I about bought one today and i would have if it was cheaper. It was a 223 and had a decent scope on it. The guy wanted 425 which might be alright for some people, but i just couldnt do anything with it for that price, later dude

wittum- you are not getting ready for class already are you? With those rifles, it just seems like someone found a cargo box that fell out the back of a truck and put every one of them on GB.songdog

Songdog.. I bought a CZ75 about 7 or 8 yrs ago before Russia disbanned for $600 or so. I thought they would stop importing and I might make some money.Instead I could have waited and bought 2 for my money. I do like the gun and it shoots very good, shiny black and has hi caps. Not sure if the quality of guns for sale now are the same. Someone else might better answer that,if they are go get one I think you'd probably like it. Glad most of my guns have went up in value.

That's the key question. CZ pistols used to have a dynamite reputation, with the main difference between them and the old faithfuls like 1911 and Hi-Power being that the CZ was constructed with its slide rail riding inside the frame rather than outside. Not quite as unique a feature anymore, as the idea has been copied. But again the main question is, is CZ still producing the uniform quality it used to?

Bear in mind that I collect Czech firearms & this is just my opinion. I don't think the quality is as good. I've got older pistols that will shoot flawlessly with factory & aftermarket mags. All I seem to read about is the lack of reliability with the new guns & they always seem to blame the mags & have to tinker with them to get them to work.
