overseas shipping question

i have a buyer who wants to purchase a gun stock who lives in belgium do i need any special customs permit or anything im planning on using the united states postal service to do this and was wondering what is involed thanks

    Just their standard green colored customs declaraion. Have to list the item and give a value for it. Then list if it is a gift, a commercial sample, or merchandise. Might want to check with the buyer as most countries have import taxes and duties that vary based on which box you check.
