anti-pistol newspaper

I called the Harrisburg, PA Patriot newspaper(actual name of city paper)to place some guns in the firearms section. I gave the operator my information I wanted listed and she told me the paper will not list my russian sks or my glock or beretta pistol due to their policy, so I listed some rifles and shotguns.Has anybody else experienced this with their newspaper?

yeah, it's pretty standard policy at most of the socialist-leaning newpapers around the country... You might try using alternative descriptions like:Simonov 7.62x39 sporter carbineBeretta Target model 92FS...And explain the weirdness when the buyer calls.

The Patriot News leans so far to the left their editors are frequently seen laying in the gutter from the misfortune of falling over, always to the left of course.
