You can also buy new brass easily or watch for 1xF to come up for sale under "Reloading" - this is common stuff.

Just run 30-30 brass through the 32 Special die, annealing is not necessary! As far as different head-stamp I wouldn't worry unless I had both a 30-30 and 32 Special and even then I wouldn't worry too much unless I was sight impaired. I agree that someone unaccustomed to the difference might have a problem. Use your own handloads and don't loan the rifle or ammo to anyone else. SOP.
