legn4,You must not be having much luck out of the trucks if you have already bought four or just like to trade for the heck of it. They are good trucks, but I am waiting to buy my next one in 2003 when the Germans get all the bugs worked out and put the next generation Cummins in them or Mercedes 6.6. The new cummins will have the common rail fuel injection system in them to make them quieter. Also this will cut a lot of the viberation out to where strange things want be coming loose all the time or cracking. Also the German engineered trucks will have every part coded and if you have a problem it goes back to the factory and some employee will be asked why.(held accountable)

Had a '91 auto. I saw it two weeks ago and it's showing some age.A '94 standard that's now with my older son. An outstanding truck by any measure. Now have a '99 because it was too good a deal to pass up. Fully decked out for less money new than the '94.Problems - None!

94 3/4 Ton Dodge, 260,000 mi, 20mpg empty, 15-17 pulling trailer, handles 32 foot GN regulary and have hauled 10 1/2 ton payload from Kanasa to Texas. What else can I say?(Just spent $750 on front end last year, first expense outside of brakes and tires)

I don't have a diesel, but my 2000 Dakota V8 pickup is the best vehicle I've ever owned. Powerful, 4WD, good towing capacity and the stereo sounds great!

We get a lot of snow here in Northern Michigan, I mean about 15 feet in the normal year. I have a plow on a Ford f150fwd302v8, and am wondering what diesel fuel acts like, since it has a higher freezing temp. I have heard all the raves about the Cummings Turbodiesel, so how does that work for me? My '88 ford is getting a little old and will have to be replaced in a year or two...

Had a 92. Good truck except for the electrical system. It was in the shop every three months for the two years I had it. They never really got it fixed. Traded it off and went back to Ford Super Duty. Never had one lay down and I put around 80,000 hard miles a year on then. I would buy another Dodge, but Chevy's left me walking too many times!
