How about some directions on how to field dress a deer in two minutes?

I saw this done by a guy while hunting in Wyoming. I've tried it since and it works. Use a knife with a gut hook. Find the base of the sternum insert the gut hook and pull it up and back like a zipper toward the genitals.Go back to the sternum and split the rib cage as high as you can. (it will take longer if you are going to save the cape for mounting). Go back to the pelvic area and cut the hind quarter meat down to the pelvic bone. Break the pelvic bone with the knife while pulling the legs up, this puts pressure on the pelvic and splits it easier. Now cut the wind pipe and grab ahold with both hands then rip everything out towards the tail. You'll be up to your elbows in blood and organs. May have to get under the lungs and stomach to rip loose from the spline area. What makes this so fast is that you don't spend a lot of time cutting, just get a good hold and tear everything out. We always carry old milk jugs with water for washing out the body cavity and cleaning your hands and arms. We never worry about the bladder or the *, if there is any contamination just wash it out with water. The larger the animal the longer it may take. Hunting partners timed me doing a small doe a couple of years ago, did it in under two minutes.
