New Seller Classification?

How about two new categories for sellers....
DEALS: Items listed by sellers with a high
sale versus listing ratio, ie, 75%.
DOGS: Items listed more than 10 times with no
sales....

    In an ideal world, using "truthful" as a descriptive requirement
    might work....problem is, the latter is open to all sorts of subjective interpretations. Sellers with high sales v. listings ratios(and still staying solvent) are obviously doing something right.
