I love the picture but I really don't consider it a joke. It is the absolute and extremely frustrating truth! I while back I wrote a book on how men can get their gonads back, and there was an entire chapter on shopping. The chapter was called "Shopping Sucks".

This is too accurate to be funny. When my wife first arrived in this country, I took her shopping for clothes. After the first day, I took a book. Over a week spent in the malls . . . an average of four hours per item purchased - which included underwear.

The picture as it is portrayed is horribly inaccurate. It doesn't include the Sams Club across the street, the KMArt down the road, the neat-little-store-in-the-plaza-that-carries-one-of-a-kind-stuff-and-gee-they're-having-a-sale-this-week; not to mention a minimum of least a dozen catalogs a week. Which I didn't ask for but as long as they're here I might as well see if there's anything decent in them.
