Then yes, I suppose the change is for the best. Although, I was always bothered that I had to be even 21 to have reasonable means to defend my life. Especially at 19-20, and living in an area plagued by frequent acts of robbery and assault.

Not to mention that a male student was attacked and strangled for his car while ON CAMPUS last year. Yet, I have to be disarmed while attending classes at night (And I don't just mean a firearm, that includes, knives, pepper spray, etc...); yeah, it's a great policy.
