Yes, a busted Encore firing pin was replaced with a spare sent along for good measure. The lady got my address and sent it right out to me.

Well, they are owned by Smiff & Weston; there "might" be reason to believe that their products will be available to the general public, but there's no guarantee that they are of the same quality as originals.

    Keep us informed.
I subbed to this thread just to see your outcome.

T/C's PR went out the window when S&W first took over and I could not get anywhere talking to them, worse than whipping on a dead horse.

I still get a bad eye twinge when I see the name S&W and don't buy any S&W products nor T/C stuff.

T/C had a real good PR dept before S&W came along.

If you have any issues with them report it to Donald.[;)]
and good luck to ya. I have not tried talking to them in quite awhile due to previous bad PR experience and try to avoid them like the plague.
Hope they have come back around and can see the trees inside the forest.

I needed some screws to reinstall the rear sight on 10" barrel. They send them to me, no charge. Also needed the blade for the front sight. Didn't have it but gave me the name to contact and got the whole front sight snd screws for $8, which included shipping.

    new gun?
    what weight were you shooting.
what is the rate of twist?
Although always described as a cowboy, Roswellnative generally acts as a righter of wrongs or bodyguard of some sort, where he excels thanks to his resourcefulness and incredible gun prowesses.

The old T/C service dept replaced a cracked stock on my New Englander with one of the best looking walnut stocks I have ever seen.
