This mower has a good engine, deck, almost everything is good, except typical JD cracked plastic hood and the transmission is bad.It has a Tuff Torq K62A.I am trying to decide whether to repair it or sell the good parts off of it.Any ideas?

I put a front bumper my John Deere after I replaced the hood so it wouldn't crack again. You can get The hood, grill and bumper relatively cheap on Fleabay
You can try emailing Derrick Dalton at tuff torq, it may be something simple like an oil change.

You can try purging air from the trans, it wont work if there's air inside.

Oil leak is the last one.
