That Vermont Catalog

Found one laying around my work today. Noticed a few things like there were no black people in the Halloween seasonal catalog. Okay there was two (I'm thinking it might've been the same woman) but they kind a got white washed many generations ago. How fractional does the Native Americans go? 1/16th? About that for this woman I reckon. Just enough to shut the diversity police/lawyers up.

No Asians of any flavor and for this I'll allow Filipinos. They're really like Mexicans figure the Spanish tried to breed the natives out. So I'm curious are there any Asians or blacks of more than 1/4er living in Vermont?

    Vermont demographics:

2.7% Asian(I think that includes Indians, dot head type)

    1.2% Bl*ck

FWIW my little brother lives there and he is a chitbag, his wife is from there and not only is she ugly but she is a ignorant * too.

Can you tell if any of the catalog models are "Happy"? I'd say a picture can be worth a thousand words, and these days it is the agenda
    of much\most publication.

Are you talking about the Vermont Country Store catalog?.....if so..if you are ever up in that neck of the woods....and I mean woods, its an interesting place to stop.

Its like time traveling.....most of the products are frozen in time..circa 1940 to 1960.....stuff I didn't even know they made anymore...they have a web site.

If you ever need pant leg stretchers for the clothes line..they got em....Bay Rum aftershave....wild root cream oil....interesting place.

Though a lot of the local ladies are a little heftie with high and tight haircuts wearing flannel shirts...

Sam06 - So if they used the local talent then it would be difficult to get any flavor other than vanilla.

Brookwood - "Happy" as in cheerful or the two of the same couple? Funny how auto sensor makes asking these question difficult. The models don't seem strung out or makes one question "what is it". Reminded me of JC Penny catalogs with even less color.

ltcdoty - Yes. I didn't wanna shine a spotlight on them but I know I would spend a crap ton of cash on their stock.

Stuck in the '40s and '60, eh and have a web site? That's crazy talk [:D].

I don't know what a pant leg stretchers for the clothes line is. Does it make it longer or wider for one's fat * cankles? I was kind a looking over the flannel man-gown. I wana try but they ain't cheap. I'll make do with a XXXXL tee shirt [:D]. maybe if I got the pant leg stretcher it'll make that tee shirt ankle length.

Saw some of the snake oil they're peddling. Kind a curious about their lung cleaner.

I love chubby chicks. They're slow so even I can catch them [:D]. I got no issues with flannel wearing ladies. I know for a fact they all can change a flat tire and ring, pluck and fry a chicken [:D].

This thread is literally useless without pics.
Some will die in hot pursuit
    And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
    While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
    Coming down the mountain

Yeh he picked a winner. Now she demanded they move back there from NM, when they did she wanted a divorce.

He has not spoken to my Dad in a year unless I really get on him. My Dad has dementia and would really like to hear from him and the grandkids.

The stupid sorry SOB cannot even pick up the phone and give him a call.

I want to drive up there and whip his sorry * so bad but i am afraid once I got him on the ground I wouldn't stop until I got tired.

My mom used pants leg stretchers when I was growing up.Take the pants out of the washer and put them on the stretcher. When dried they were nice and neat as if they had been pressed.
