    Last year a two different 4th of July celebrations the vets were asked to stand, so I did. And I have to say that I was glad to be standing with the others, rather than to be 6 foot under with the others who did not make it back.

    After having lived in Canada for 27 years, it was kind of a cool surprise upon being back in the USA! I'm not saying this country is perfect, but ya gotta love it!
