Some FFL holders take advantage of people and tell you different only to get into your billfold. My info came direct from the ATF. The P.O. will accept firearms. However, that dealer may charge you a $20 fee to send it so you may as well head down to FedEX with an ink-signed copy of the receiving party's FFL and do it yourself.Does this help?
