I was informed IP tracing will be implemented in the forum for tracking source of postings by FBI .....
If that is true I dont give my consent to such privacy violation from
part of the forum management and request when such system will be implemented and if such information will be given or has being given
to any governamental agency or representative .

If any of the readers cannot post answer to this post copy and post it
again ........

I agree Judge - Hey NUNN - you gonna give us a heads up if this happens???? I do believe it is a privacy rights violation, and I don't care if it is in the name of national security!!!!! Why don't they just start opening our regular mail - can you say federal crime. What makes this any different - OOHHH yeah - we arn't going through the US Post office to communicate, thus they have no controls......

IF YOU DON'T LIKE MY RIGHTS - GET OUT OF MY COUNTRY (this includes politicians)

I would like a heads up.

If you will blame gun makers for every shooting then blame car maker for every car accident.

I have to laugh at their profile though. I haven't seen any terrorists, domestic or otherwise, around here. It's more likely the lurkers, wanting to pick up scraps of data unnoticed, than the regulars anyhow. According to this dude Alex Jones (is that his name?) the FBI "profile" for troublemakers may include the Christian right, anybody who talks about the Consitution too much, and anybody that uses the phrase "new world order." Oops. Now I've done it. But so did George Bush, the elder. He talked about New World Order like Johnson talked about the Great Society. I always thought that was strange, because liberals think the term 'new world order' goes hand in hand with totalitarianism. The villains always used to use the term back in the 60s in movies and TV.

I always find it disturbing when the rights of law abiding citizens are eroded in response to tragedy and the various "Homeland Security" measures are no exception. I'd rather have good guys with guns protecting me in airports and on planes rather than waiting in 2 hour lines to be searched two times on each leg of my trip. If a dedicated person wants something on a plane, they'll find away, even if they stip search everyone and make us all fly naked.

This whole thing is like gun control laws: it limits the freedom and rights of a law abiding citizens while doing little to get the bad guys. Los Angeles International airport failed to catch a huge percentage of realistic looking decoy guns that were thrown casually into carryon baggage (part of a security test) and that were not cleverly concealed. If they can't catch guns, leave me alone and quit trying to take my minature pocket knife, tweezers, etc. and let the lines move through. Don't chase after my IP address, read my communications, etc, until there is good and meaningful probable cause showing that I specifically am very likely to be a criminial.

The purpose of terrorism is to diminish our way of life as much as possible, and laws that reduce our rights help further terrorist causes.

This reminds me how all the anti-gun laws came out of the woodwork after Columbine. The killers broke twenty something existing laws but this one new law is going to make all the difference and stop such things from happening ever again . . .

My wife had a light window tint put on her car, inlcuding the front side windows. (just like a legal factory tint, but not legal because it wasn't done at the factory). She felt exposed when driving alone at night and wanted to make it less obvious that she was an attractive female. This made her feel a little safer and reduced stares, flirting, leering, etc. She got a ticket for the tint, had to remove it, etc. The CHP officer claimed the reason it was illegal was that it threatened officer safety to have to approach a vehicle without being able to clearly see the driver. Same logic: private citizens right to privacy and security is outweighed by a professional gun toting body armored law enforcement person who volunteered for a risky line of work. BS!

Go get the bad guys and leave us good people alone!

9-11 could have probably been prevented had we had the manpower to enforce existing laws, including visa laws. What we need is more resources to enforce our existing laws rather than a new wave of laws that diminish our rights.

So many guns, so little money . . .

This is a "Private" forum. No one has our personal information except for gunbroker. The post's made by us should be kept private. I read all of the gunbrokers rules, and none state otherwise. Everything I own is 100% legal. I just don't want someone knocking on my door, asking questions because of what I posted here. BATF have made many mistakes in the past. I would be very upset is posting here would add to their information database. I would like a clear explination of this posted here. The "rules" here state any questions should be submitted to gunbroker. Any questions like this one will be deleted. I'm sure Gunbroker would rather submit the answer here, instead of 1000+ emails. I also beleive that "Homeland Security" can bypass Gunbroker on this matter, and probably does. The question is, do they know about it?.

If they were real interested in homeland security and wanted no need to fear terrorists they should give away free firearms and ammo to law abiding citizens like us! They would have a well armed populace who is able to hit their marks when they shoot. Wait a minute...maybe that's what they're afraid of?

**It is your right to posess a firearm. In case of questions, please refer to amendment 2, United States Constitution.**

Go ahead monitor me. I am not guilty of any sedisus acts, have no plan to overthrow our gov.,and for the most part, somewhat like Popeye, I am what I am and thats all I am. Anyone up to and including the Feds can either like it or lump it. I am nearing 68 years of age and am not always right or wrong but I am always me. That won't change! I have no fear of gov. monitoring, that won't be the first time they have wasted their time and I would venture it won't be the last. I would a million times rather be observed by the present gov.
than to be in the same state with the last.
