The UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE FIFTH CIRCUIT has released it's decision on the case under appeal by the United States Of America vs. Timothy Joe Emerson (No. 99-10331) and guess what? The Second Amendment, written by very smart people, in plain and simple English of the time, means what it says, and says what it means!1. The "people" as used in the Second Amendment, can not be separated as a different "people" from those "people" mentioned in other parts of the Constitution and Bill of Rights.2. The Bill of Rights says nothing about being the "Bill of States Rights".3. "The People" as intended and used in the Constitution and Bill of Rights, especially, within the Second Amendment, does not mean collective society, under the thumbscrew of government; local, state or federal.The intention of the drafters of the Constitution was clear and always has been. They intended for the INDIVIDUAL citizen to be armed to protect himself, his family, his property and his state from the encroachment and tyranny of big, centralized government; which is exactly what we have today.What the court sidestepped, slicker than a greased pig, is the problem of how to stop government at all levels, short of shooting the bastards, from continuing to ignore and violate the Constitution and Bill of Rights.According to some, far more expert in the field of legalese than I would ever even want to be, the Emerson decision leaves us right where we started. We knew what the Second Amendment said, all along. The big problem, left to continue to rot the very foundation of a free society, is the idea, most certainly promoted by the court in this decision, that regardless of the Second Amendment, the congress and the states may continue to pass laws infringing on the rights of the citizens.So............Where do we go from here?Personally, I'm not holding my breath, waiting for Attorney General Dan Ashcroft to rush to the US Supreme Court to request the overturning of twenty-thousand-plus unconstitutional gun laws on the books.At this late date, there is no way you will see the Governor of New York admit that the infamous Sullivan act is and has always been totally unconstitutional, and violates the rights of the people of New York State, to arm and defend themselves.I can't even begin to picture the State of Californication's number one Socialist / Communist, Governor Gray Davis, or his Comrade / butt-kissing Attorney General, Bill Lockyer-guns-up, stepping up to the press to admit they have made terrible errors in pushing through dozens and dozens of unconstitutional, antigun bills, on top of all those that had already been passed in California, before they joined the gun-grabbers club full time.The Brady Bunch / Handgun Control, Inc. is not about to quit because of a simple little thing like violating the Constitution of the United States, or committing treason by attempting to disarm American citizens, thereby giving aid and comfort to their enemies. Their agenda has never been about firearm safety, but, as in the case of all socialist traitors, about total disarming of the honest citizens of this Republic. You can bet your boots that California Senatorial Comrades Diane and Barbara will be hard at work with the vast numbers of fellow Communist/Socialist within both the US Senate and US House of Representatives, especially the Communist "House Progressive Caucus members, finding creative new ways to circumvent the Constitution and Bill of Rights towards their goal of a disarmed and helpless American public, under the guns of the NWO / United Nations Socialist Police State. Within the last two weeks, a major step towards this ultimate goal was taken by Dubya, a branch off the old Bush, when he, for all purposes, committed treason by bringing foreign troops onto American soil, from NATO, to fly NATO AWACS aircraft to supposedly protect us, the American People.The terrible and suppressed truth is that the US Air Force has a fleet of 33 AWACS aircraft assigned to Tinker AFB in OK with a reported 28 of those aircraft unmanned and not flying. Did Clinton down size and destroy or military to the point that we no longer have the trained pilots and crews to fly our own AWACS planes and defend our country? Does anyone out there comprehend this simple fact: the duty of OUR armed forces is NOT that of playing policeman to the world in every third-rate mud society on the planet, but to protect our borders, our nation, our substantial national interest around the globe, but most importantly, OUR COUNTRY, secret invasion, terrorist or other attacks, and war?It is even highly likely that Ashcroft's Justice Department will appeal the Fifth Circuit decision to the US Supreme Court where there are enough socialist/liberal judges sitting to overturn that decision and, for all practical purposes, cancel the Second Amendment to be tossed on the ash heap of history.This past Sunday, Gray (Red) Davis signed two antigun bills, placing California at the forefront of the drive to first license handgun owners, control them, and then confiscate their weapons. READ YOUR HISTORY!!Disarming the citizens is always the first major goal of big, corrupt, tyranny-filled government and the crooked and traitorous politicians who run it with virtual impunity because of the ignorance, stupidity and that most deadly of all human diseases, which I like to call "Dont-Give-A-Shi-Titus". UNARMED CITIZENS ARE NO LONGER CITIZENS......THEY ARE SLAVES!The fight towards reversing the antigun movement and restoring our Second Amendment Rights as written and intended by the founders has just started.We hear now of a tremendous increase in the sales of firearms by our people. That is a good start. The fly in the ointment is figuring out how to keep those firearms other than shooting the traitors who continue to try to prohibit, license, restrict, and take them by every means possible. Instead of slamming the doors shut on our wide-open borders and taking care of the National Security within our nation, congress has been busy passing a bill which makes criminals of every citizen who owns any firearm, bayonet, sword, round of ammunition, empty brass, powder, primers, antique warplane, antique tank, or any other weapon of war obtained legally at one time as surplus. I urge you to not only sign the petition to Attorney General Ashcroft to file lawsuits on behalf of the PEOPLE, against the State of California, but to download and print up signature sheets and circulate them as far and wide as possible. Stock up on ammo, additional weapons and survival gear. Our sworn public officials, elected and appointed, at all levels of government, who take the oath to defend and protect the Constitution and Bill of Rights, all too often, take that oath with raised hand, while plotting their next move towards the deliberate violation of that oath.We are still left with three options; the third of which I refuse to accept.1. We overturn our socialist/communist/traitorous government by peaceful means.2. We take up arms, as intended by our Founders, and clean house while fertilizing the Tree of Liberty.3. We toss in the towel and become just one of the world's many states within the UN one-world police state, our Constitution, Bill of Rights, and Republican form of government gone. The court went on to explain in great detail to explain the intent, and the text-but they chose to ignore the "shall not be infringed" part of the amendment. I forgot the exact wording they used but said something to the effect that the amendment can be infringed upon in isolated cases,and with very narrow guidelines for infringement. and that is how they decided Emerson was not afforded second amendment protection. They might as well said any infringement because a "narrow" infringemtn will mean absolutely nothing. The government wont have to work very hard to wiggle through that "narrow" tunnel.
