    It is interesting to note that the thrust of the articles listed is that "Emersons Right to bear arms can be infringed." The are almost completely ignoring the fact that the court recognizes the second amendment as an individual right. It is very easy to see already how the anti-gun crowd is going to twist this ruling into something that benefits them. The ghost of Miller walks the halls.
