Still going flat

For those that remember me fussin' about my primer going flat, well I changed things up and still no dice. I went from 33 grains of BLC-2 to 32 and now am using the correct primer. Still get flattened but not as bad. Headspace is right on and primers are seating. I think it's just gonna be this way. At least they don't get as flat as they used to. Some flattening is to be expected ain't it?

If there are no pressure problems, a small flatning is probably o.k.

As long as there are no signs of pressure and there is no gas escaping past the primer, I would just leave it be. If you wish, maybe have a good 'Smith look at it just to be sure.

Here is something to try just for the heck of it, load 6 shells with a different powder, 3 at minmum load and 3 at posted max and compare them to what you have now.

I had the smith check it. I put thenew load up against the old one and it ain't no where near the same flattening. No gas is leaking out of the pocket, no ejector marks, nothing! I'm pretty comfortable with it after reading what Sierra had to say about it.
