I'm lookin for some land in central florida. I want to buy and am lookin for raw land. I want to use the land as a get away (live in a big city, miami) and for hunting. I wanted something anywhere from 50-150k with or without water on it. If any of you know where I can find info about such land or if you know ofanyone (including brokers etc) who might or are selling land matching my description, please email me at InXplicable311 or a1countryboy@aol.com
thanks, I really appreciate the help

    A1,
I have lived here all my life, we have some nice hunting property (3,200 acres, mostly swamp) leased on the St. Johns River near Lake Harney, but the owners would never sell. Most acreage here is hard to find and expensive. Taxes can be a nightmare. Honestly, $150,000 will really not buy a hunting tract. Maybe the Florida panhandle, Georgia or in eastern South Carolina you could find 100 or so acres next to other similar acreage that might work. This neck of the woods is rapidly disappearing. Go further North young man! LOL

Worry is the interest humans pay on the debt of miscalculation.

Have you thought of public land, say the Ocala National Forest. It would save a few dollars and last time I hunted there I saw plenty of deer.
