Todesengel. Have a great day. May the next year be just as great as the last one. Or better, your choice man. [:D][:D]

Thanks, Dizz...
With his turned-up trumpet and his cheeks puffed out like a blowfish, the always recognizable Gillespie went on to become a jazz icon, achieving a celebrity late in his life that had little to do with the ground-breaking brilliance of his early work.
In fact, GMLc caught him live at an outdoor street festival in the 1980s in which Gillespie barely played a note.
He just danced around on stage looking happy, and the crowd loved him.
We still do. He died Jan. 6, 1993, but he remains one of South Carolina's greatest gifts to American culture...
I made her a cake last night because the wifes did not turn out to good [:0][:D] and got up this morning to fix her some biscuit and gravy I was doing this in the dark to keep from waking everyone up and I turned the oven on so I though [:0] the cake was on the top burner in a glass pan [B)][B)] now I got to make another one [V][V]
As it turned out, she barely said good morning, let alone "Happy Birthday." I thought... Well, that's marriage for you, but the kids.... They will remember. My kids came bounding down stairs to breakfast and didn't say a word. So when I left for the office, I felt pretty low and somewhat despondent.
As I walked into my office, my secretary Jane said, "Good Morning Boss, and by the way Happy Birthday! " It felt a little better that at least someone had remembered. I worked until one o'clock, when Jane knocked on my door and said, "You know, It's such a beautiful day outside, and it is your Birthday, what do you say we go out to lunch, just you and me."
I said, "Thanks, Jane, that's the greatest thing I've heard all day. Let's go!" We went to lunch. But we didn't go where we normally would go. She chose instead a quiet bistro with a private table. We had two martinis each and I enjoyed the meal tremendously. On the way back to the office, Jane said, "You know, It's such a beautiful day... We don't need to go straight back to the office, Do We?"
I responded, "I guess not. What do you have in mind?" She said, "Let's drop by my apartment, it's just around the corner." After arriving at her apartment, Jane turned to me and said, " Boss, if you don't mind, I'm going to step into the bedroom for just a moment. I'll be right back."
"Ok," I nervously replied. She went into the bedroom and, after a couple of minutes, she came out carrying a huge birthday cake Followed by my wife, my kids, and dozens of my friends and co-workers, all singing "Happy Birthday.
And I just sat there...
On the couch...

It seems like only yesterday she was crawling around the White House on her hands and knees, putting everything in her mouth.

I have been to Hawaii 2 times both times were on a deployment with the Army. I didn't get to see all that much of it but it looked beautiful. We did a one day pass and I got to go to the beach and eat some good chow.

Columbia (WLTX) -- Talk about beginner's luck--an 18-year-old West Columbia woman won $100,000 the first time she ever played the lottery.
Merranda Michels says she chose an instant ticket, that ended up winning her a nice birthday present from the South Carolina Lottery Commission.
Michels says, "It was my 18th birthday, and I could finally buy a lottery ticket! I didn't know what ticket to purchase, so the store clerk suggested the Sea Escape game."
Michels bought the ticket at the Li'l Cricket on Sunset Boulevard in West Columbia.
"I liked the way it looked, so I got it," Michels said, but she didn't scratch off the ticket until she got home.
"I just stared at all the zeros on the ticket. My mom looked at it and said I had won $100,000! I started screaming," says the young woman.
Michels says she plans on saving most of her winnings.
