I try to live the Christian walk but i fail. I have everything and more to live for. My wife and kids are all the purpose that i need. I to want to better my self each and every day. Sometimes i succeed sometimes i do not. Just because i say that i am a Christian doesnt meen i feel my life has no purpose.

Silly question.. Kind of like if we'd ask...

Since you live your life without Christian doctrine, what is the

    purpose of your life..?

If we do not have Christ, then we have no purpose.

I didn't ask to be born as far as I can tell but since I was born all I can do is make the best life possible while I am here.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean? As a follower of Jesus Christ, my purpose is to show how God can take a heathen like me and change my life. My purpose is to to treat others with love, mercy, and forgiveness; to be faithful and committed to my wife; to abstain from unhealthy habits such as drugs and alcohol or sexual sins; to live a life of integrity and honesty, that my children see no hypocrisy. Sure, I fall short, but what could be more purposeful than living a Godly life?

Well you never mentioned anything about no prizes[:p]

I will try harder at the answer if you post a pic of a Colt Python as the winners prize[:I]

That's because like most of the religion threads, it's nonsense.

The purpose is meant to emulate the life of Christ as closely as possible, in your own life.

    None of us will succeed.
I normally do not respond to religious threads, and will not respond further.

    BTW,......I fail miserably.

    I'll play

    1. I was born to get a body for my spirit
    2. To be tested through out life and use my free agency that I have been given, if I was to follow Christ's teachings or follow Satan.
    3. To get married and have children

God doesn't ask us to be perfect just to be the best that we can!
Church is like a hospital for sick people, If I was perfect there would be no need for church.
