Transporting Ammo Across State Lines

I know there have been many threads about moving firearms across state lines when moving, but what about ammo?

I'm moving from Colorado to Indiana and will be driving with my firearms and about 10,000 rounds of ammo (rifle, pistol, shotgun).

Are there issues when passing through NE, IA, IL ?
