Halibut, Red Snapper and Lingcod, dip in eggs and then coat with pancake batter and deep fat fry. Salmon, soak in Teriyaki marinade and then either put on BBQ grill or bake with butter, onions and potatoes wrapped in aluminum foil for about 20 to 30 minutes at 350. Salmon only has to be cooked about 5 minutes per side per inch of thickness or until it will flake apart with a fork. Don't cook to long or it will dry out. The onions and potatoes shoul be pre-cooked if doing it this way, as they will not cook in that short of time frame. Then add them along with the Salmon to the aluminum foil and season with whatever you want.

quickslvr...go to www.foodtv.com and just type in the fish that you are cooking. they have all sorts of great recipes there. Me and my girl do it about once a week. We pick what we want to eat and then look for a creative way of cooking it.

Lots of good stuff on there.

I like making salmon like this:

Marinade two servings (for about 3 hours) of salmon fillets in 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 2 cloves minced garlic and about 1/2 cup vinegar 1 tsp black pepper (and I put a few lemon wedges in).

Then, remove from marinade and roll in bread crumbs. Place fillets in shallow baking dish and coat with remaining marinade. Cook at 425 for about 1/2 hour or until fish flakes easily.

    Good!
