Hey anyone have any input on the Ruger 77/17? Like what I have been reading but not too much of a Ruger fan.

would I be better off getting a savage
I think I will get another marlin 60 ss and take the rest of the money I was going to spend and put it on one of these

I have a Ruger 77 in .30-06, but not the little .17. I like the rifle a lot, nothing bad to say about it. I've actually been considering the 22 cal model 77 for inexpensive practice.
