    Rosie, it sounds like you might be having Internet browser problems. Is your browser (Internet Explorer?) set to accept cookies? Did you install any patches or updates recently to your browser? Also, make sure you hit F5 or refresh once in a while to make sure you're viewing the newest content.

    If you go to http://www.windowsupdate.com and click on Product Updates you might find several important downloadable updates and security fixes available.
