I have a topic in GD and I want to delete it....but I can't why not...can you help...can't edit...having a very tuff time with all these new changes.....why all the changes...help I am drowing in my own ignorance....mminariksr@cox.net

    First make sure you are logged on. Then you will see a trashcan icon. It does what it indicates.

    logged in again and studied page...I do not see a TRASH CAN icon! Can take a picture of this screen and send it to you....help this is pretty damn annoying.

    Yea. And junior members have to come by on Mondays and empty them.

    I have logged again, studied the page::::no garbage can, no * can, no leaf can, no trash can icon anywhere...I can take a nice picture and send it; I c-a-n n-o-t e-d-i-t either, there is NO EDIT icon on my screen...zero-zilch-nuthing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Probem I have is trying to preview a post. Half the time it tells me there is no text to display or something like that.
    Do I need to highlight the text?
    Is my insertion point in the wrong place?
    Anybody else have the problem?

    Michael, are you logging in when you type your posts or are you actually logging on to the board on the top right of your screen? And, make sure you have cookies enabled within your web browser. Once you are logged onto the site and your browser is accepting cookies hit F5 or click on refresh. Since this thread is yours, you should see a trash can icon, among others, on top of your post (right where the user profile and edit icon used to be with the "old" board).
