North Dakota adds Pennsylvania to CCW list
"North Dakota recently added Pennsylvania to its CCW list. The North Dakota CWP is valid within the states of Alabama, Michigan (ND Residents only), Wyoming, New Hampshire, Montana, Kentucky, Alaska, Pennsylvania, and Florida (ND CWP holders 21 years of age and older in Alaska and Florida). Vermont honors the North Dakota concealed weapons permit. Vermont does not issue permits therefore reciprocity does not apply." http://www.packing.org/state/index.jsp/north+dakota
