Ohio Supreme Court Reinstates Lawsuit Against Gun

"The Ohio Supreme Court dashed the hopes of gun manufacturers on Wednesday, by reinstating a lawsuit the city of Cincinnati filed against those manufacturers. The city is trying to recover the cost of gun-related violence, and the state Supreme Court ruled 4-3 that it could go ahead and try to do that. The justices said an appeals court was wrong to dismiss the lawsuit, wire services reported."
