Dear Concerned American: We're all aware of the forces at work in America today that are frankly, un-American and anti- American. The Wallace Institute was formed to deal with very specific issues and by using a well defined legal strategy to bring these critical issues to a court of law. Knowing how an argument must be structured and the legal procedures in both federal and state court can mean the difference between success and failure. The question we must all ask ourselves is this: Double digit millions of dollars have gone into the coffers of many of the high-profile special interest groups all across this country. Has it really done any good? Are we any better off or are we just continuing to treat the symptoms while the cancer spreads? Some of you receiving this letter may already be sponsors of our institute fighting for everyone's rights. We thank you and hope you will continue your support. Some of you may have made a one-time donation and we also thank you for that. But now we ask you to reach down into your checkbook and become a monthly sponsor in an amount you can be comfortable with for your circumstances. We need corporate sponsors to donate at least $100.00 per month and that need is right now. It is our intention to begin filing these cases, one at a time, issue by issue. Larry Becraft is one of the finest constitutional attorneys in this country and his efforts, combined with the rest of the advisory board of this institute, will make the difference. We can't do this without your financial support. Even though some of our plaintiffs have some financial resources, they aren't in a position to do it alone. These issues, such as the social security issue, don't just affect them, they affect everyone. We will all benefit from the cases filed by The Wallace Institute. If we pool our resources, everyone donating a small amount each month, it gives us the cash flow we must have to do the job right- for you and the future of America. Our work at the Wallace Institute is a partnership with you and America.
