URGENT: HB274 Moving & Appeals Hearing WEDNESDAY Posted by jeff on Sunday, March 17 @ 00:44:27 EST URGENT: If you've been watching this website and this issue for some time now, today is the day to get serious about your support for concealed carry legislation in Ohio. On Wednesday, March 20th, 2002 the Civil & Commercial Law Committee is scheduled to discuss HB274, the permit style Concealed Carry Reform Legislation. We highly encourage those of you who can make this hearing do so at 9:00AM Wednesday, in room 114 of the capitol. If you need directions, ask on ccw-talk or email us at info@ofcc.net. As always, we highly suggest supporters and OFCC members wear a blue denim shirt and khaki's, or dress in business casual clothing when attending these hearings. OFCC Shirts are available. And then there was a lawsuit at the same time...The Hamilton County Concealed Carry lawsuit victory appeal (by the State and City) has been expedited, with a March 20th hearing at 9:00 am in Room A of the William Howard Taft Law Center. Although your presence in this court room is encouraged, we would rather see you in Room 114 in Columbus! It's going to be a busy week folks.
