Chargers receiver Graham booked on weapons charges Jan. 19, 2002SportsLine.com wire reports DAYTON, Ohio -- San Diego Chargers wide receiver Jeff Graham was arrested Saturday morning for carrying a concealed weapon. Montgomery County Sheriff's Sgt. Daryl Wilson said an officer approached Graham's car as it was parked with its headlights on. Graham, 32, consented to a search, a weapon was found and he was arrested without incident, Wilson said. Graham's car was parked on Infirmary Road, the same street where Graham's father, Walter Graham Jr., was killed in a one-car crash Dec. 20. Graham was released from the Montgomery County jail at 11:30 a.m. after being in custody for about five hours. He could have posted bond or detectives could have released him during the investigation, Wilson said. Mitchell Frankel, Graham's agent in Boca Raton, Fla., and several members of the Chargers' front office did not immediately return phone messages. Graham, who has also played for Pittsburgh, Chicago, Philadelphia and the New York Jets, had 52 catches for 811 yards and five touchdowns in 14 games this season with the Chargers. http://www.sportsline.com/u/ce/multi/0,1329,4866106_59,00.html
