Money and Relationships

Relationships are about giving, not selling.
Money should not be used to entice your partner
to "perform" for you.

If you use money as a weapon against your
partner, you're developing a parent/child
relationship-one that is destined for trouble.
Over time, the "child" partner will harbor
resentment and anger, ultimately leading to
rebellion.

I got out of such a relationship about a year ago.She used money and sex as a "weapon" to control the relationship. You must treat your partner as an equal. The young lady I'm seeing now is a different story. We treat each other as equals. We both acknowledge our own
and each other's weaknesses and strengths, support each other when we need support, and respect each other very much.We also love each other very deeply. On top of it all, she's a real hottie! What she sees in my crusty old *,I'll never know. But one things for sure;she's a keeper!
And'you are all invited to the wedding!!!

Money, Sex, Used as a lever does not constitute a good healthy relationship, Would seem the one using it is on a power trip to control the other,

As for money???? We dont have any money anymore, just FEDERAL RESERVE NOTES,

You used to be able to exchange MNONEY for SILVER or GOLD, but not you exchange it for a PROMISE that it is good.

Some day, I'd like to see relationships taught in school as the fourth "R." When you see the typical homelife on a show like COPS you realize that people get into "relationships" who are clueless about mature partnering. It's why we have so much abuse and so many couples finally in "disaster control counseling." It's also why the divorce rate is what it is.
