Judicial Liability...it's about time...

For a number of years I have mentioned on talk radio shows -here in Nebraska- that we need a JUDICIAL LIABILITY LAW: When the legal system put's a felon on the street before his full sentence has been served that if he commit's another Felony AFTER RELEASE then the victom can sue everyone from the Judge down to the Parole board, including lawyer's....ANYONE....in line who contributed to the early release AND that the state must sue on behalf of the victom...can't find a politician with the guts to write a bill along this concept!

I'll be glad to second that Motion. Wish I'd thought of it first.
Maybe if the bleeding hearts actually faced the responsibilty for their nutty ideas, common sense might break out.

That would be a nice law, but wouldn't that be telling the Felon that he is no longer responsible for his actions.

I don't see it that way. I see it as the links in the chain are responsible for their actions for releasing some one. I would have to see how it would be worded and hear the plan on how it work to really see if this would be a good thing.

i would like to see the parole board be required to finish the sentence of the offender who goes out & repeats.
if they are so damn sure he's rehabilitated they shouldnt have any qualms about this.
    yeah, right
