I GOT ONE.. It,s DEADLY on flies at up to about 20" if U use coarse salt.I actually patterned mine on a sheet of newspaper. At 10' it's about a 14" almost perfect circle, with very little space(maybe 1/4/") between holes with common table salt.(Morton)
WIth coarse salt,at 20' it opens up larger that a sheet of news print with about 1/2" between holes.
It works outside too and withe the proper lead,U can kill dragon flies on the wing.
I only ever popped 1 dragonfly cuz I know they are skeeter-eaters..
TOns of fun and only $40...

OOPS,Maybe this thread should be on Twitter.Lord knows it has nothing to do with guns.
    WAIT,Maybe it does...

They ROCK... salt... And yes, use a course sea salt. Table salt is fine with flies, but Palmetto Bugs and large spiders need larger pellets.

used a bb gun loaded with a pinch of salt, worked great. just had to keep it clean so it doesn't get corroded

I've put 100,000 grains through mine (at least, although I really didn't count them).
    Also does well on spiders.
