If I saw a sign like that I'd probably shoot those 2 little targets on the sides of the pistol!

Bubba; to keep in stride with the legal system, here's what ya gotta do to keep from being charged with entrapment. Put a disclaimer at the bottom of the sign in small print, just like the lawyers do, something to the effect of the following: The terms of this sign will be in effect only on the 5th Sunday of the month after the 2nd blue moon that happens after the 3rd equinox of each year. Other than the time span specified in the above notation, this sign will be null and void. And yes, violators of my domain will be shot without any prejudices pertaining to race, creed, sex, color or religion. By not reading this sign in its entirety, and entering my domain you are in effect stating you are a dumba$$, furthermore, being a dumba$$ you will get what you deserve. Furthermore, by tresspassing onto my property you are agreeing not to hold me, the owner, criminally liable for whatever happens to you.(btw, there is only 2 times a year that the equinox happens)

Bubba; I wonder how many of those Gun ControlSupporters would like to have that sign in their yard.

I've always rather liked the other sign: "This house guarded by shotgun three nights a week. You guess which three."
I may disagree with what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it.--Voltare

There's a lot of them that's got the sign, when they don't let you bring a firearm on their premises...Mostly stores..

I used to think I would use this line with my daughter's boyfriends. But it could apply more broadly."I have 7 guns. I clean one each evening. Choose wisely."

You could be like my father-in-law, he was in law enforcement and when I was dating my wife, his daughter, I would bring her home he would be setting up waiting spinning the cylinder on his revolver....I didn't know if he was going to force me to marry her or trying to scare me off....

varmit hunter: When it comes to protecting our rights as gun owners, including protecting our families lives, from the liberals and the ever softening court system, I am down right cheap. I can't see charging anything for what is, and should always be, our God given rights and that no man should ever try to take away from us.As for a retainer fee - A day out shooting for fun and games or going to a gun show, browsing and checking out all the goodies. I like to go out and shoot for fun with others, maybe get a little competiton going (more fun with a group rather than alone), when I get a chance.[This message has been edited by Free N TX (edited 10-21-2001).]
