Where do I get Mini-14 replacement mag bodies?

I have two High Cap Mini-14 magazines, and I don't like them, they are cheap junk, the feed lips keep going out of shape, and they were poorly heat treated. I like the little boxy non-banana 10rd mags much better, but I hear that you can send off you old used damaged mags to the ATF and get a letter for a replacement, but what I want to know is how to go about doing this. Who makes replacements, how much are they, ect.
