I'm playing hooky again from work, at least that is the way it feels.
Both Mom aka Doris & I are down with sinus infections.
Old Doris has got it bad, myself just tired & spaced out.
Feel guility about calling into work, but dont really care, know what I mean..

Anybody else feel guilty about taking sick leave?

Walte & Doris ....the clogged ups

I'm taking a day off to see the doc and to sight in my new benelli with slugger sights. Emphases on the benelli. Anybody else?

Been driving 200 miles to work each day and just had enough!

Though I was born to royalty, I was snatched at birth, so treat me as the noble I am!!!

Not feeling 100% this AM, stomach virus problems, so I called in sick. Our sick leave policy is that if you dont use the sick days you loose them. Why should I feel guilty about taking the first sick day off in 2 yrs. But I am. Feel like a kid playing hooky from school, guilty.
At least today I can surf without being interrupted by such trival things, such as working.
Y'all feel guilty, when taking off?

Got in a little shooting Saturday, between chores. Next week I have to drive to St. Louis, and so I will stop at Outdoor World for some ammo and maybe fondle some guns, and on the way home I am going through K.C. to see a friend and hit a gun show. Too bad there are no gunshows along your 200 mile commute, no wonder you get tired of it!
