I can get to gunbroker no problem, but when I tried to go to auction arms but this is what I got:XXXXXXXX has deemed this site inappropriate for business use. ForbiddenThe proxy's access control configuration denies access to the requested object through this proxy. Same with ebay. Now since I'm not an employee I can't complain, but even if I could, they'd probably just say 'Thanks for pointing that out. We'll get that fixed right away!". Then no more GB.

When attempting to connect to a site that is blocked by your administrator, you can still use a proxy (Monkey's recommendation). Another popular one is http://www.anonymizer.com. Keep in mind, most savvy admins know about proxy services and block access to those first. Good luck!p.s. I am in charge of monitoring Internet access for one of my clients, I NEVER block sites like GB. Good to have admins like me (unless you're into porn, sorry).

An since your contracted, to this company, why not bring your own computer, with it's own independent power supply and internet access server, then you don't have to put up with their policies on your own time.On the other hand if they hired you to work and not play, there is always the after working hours.
