Really weird court judgement

In Sweden, a court has ruled that a sperm donor was responsible to pay child support, after the couple who were raising the child broke up. The biological father was ordered to pay $265 per month when the lesbian couple, who had been together ten years, broke up...How much crazier can the world get.

    Does he have to pay it to both "mothers"? Did the mother get custody, or did the mother? Umm.......

    If by "natural" insemination ... he is doomed! if by medical means and by contract he is free of all litigation ,if he was PAID for the sperm the OWNER by purchase is responsible for support not him ... but The info provided in the report is insuficient todetermine the rule standing.
