Are, our government and businesses at odds with our ID immigration laws.

How I get tired of hearing the country is going to pot, when some states and businesses seem to work against our countries security laws and interests, not to mention the fact that illegals are here
ILLEGALLY.
Everyone knows that only reason Mexico decided to sale ID cards ($29.00 a pop) to raise hard cash, since they are hurting, with their ole peso losing ground against the US dollar.
It doesn't make sense that State Dept of Motor Vehicles would issue driver's licenses to ILLLEGALS, and then banks accept their ID"S for banking services (this works to legitimize ILLEGALS) in the country.
According to this article one million cards will be issued by years end, and there are an estimated nineteen million more possible, as there are 20 million ILLEGALS in country.
The US government doesn't get the information supplied in the applications, like they do when we/us citizens apply for government ID cards, driver license, etc.; the government knows where we live.
Police Depts are accepting them for ID purposes, Do these cards have their addresses on them?
If they don't how could anyone in this country verify the information they gave the Mex consulate to buy the card, and what prevents anyone from obtaining one or more fraudulently.
If the ID's contain the ILLEGALS address, I say, round then up and out they go,
But then what prevents them from showing up at the border presenting their ID and asking for a day pass, and enter in thru the front door, and not go back at the end of the day.
The state and federal government officials , business leaders need to sit down and talk about this, seems they all need to use common sense.
Either that or scrap the immigration laws.
