bullet tax proposal in calif.

thats right our beloved state senator has proposed a 50 cents tax on each bullet sold. the revenue will be used, he says, to finance trauma centers that have to care for gunshot victims. this reminds me of the tabacco money that the states were going to use to mitigate tabbaco caused ailments. it turns out of course the money was used by more than one state to invest in the stock market and in some cases tobbaco stocks.

    I thought it was 5 cents a bullet that idiot was proposing. BTW did you know he has a CHL? What a two faced sob.

    California has the economy the size of a small country, and sometimes they act like one. If you live there and look closely for a while, it's a really good example of just how oppressive "liberalism" is when allowed free reign. I was there until 1991, and it could get scary. I'm not kidding. I do miss B&B Sales, though, the best gun store in L.A. for my money. A regular Disneyland for gun lovers. The front door looked like it came off a bank vault, too.

    Why don't you guys recommend a 5 cent per ballot tax for everyone running for public office to pay for the blunders the politicians have made.

    Why not pass a tax on doctors. They kill more people than guns do. How about an additional tax on cars, they kill a lot more people than guns. What is wrong with these people?
