San Francisco-AP -- Japan's foreign minister is apologizing for atrocities committed by the Imperial Army during its march across Asia before and during World War Two.That includes an apology to prisoners of war forced to work in Japanese mines and docks.Japan made a similar apology in 1995 -- but this time it came on U-S soil, and singled out P-O-Ws.Foreign Minister Makiko Tanaka was in San Francisco today with Secretary of State Colin Powell to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the treaty ending the war.Tanaka, in her carefully worded apology, said -- "I reaffirm today our feelings of deep remorse and heartfelt apology."Sorry Tanaka! No sushi for you on this one!Oh by the way Mrs.T, are you familiar with the ancient art of Hari-Kari?There are not enough sorries in this world to bring back my brother!
