i have had leg aches for quite some time...like in the evening when i sit and lay down in bed....in fact i haven't had a good nights sleep in a long time and in fact i would also wake up in the morning kinda stiff and sore.....read about it on the net and kinda sounded like potassium deficiency so started eating bananas which is one thing that is high in potassium.......has made a big difference.......i go pretty much 24/7 so don't eat good 90% of the time...guess a guy should take the time to eat better.

    also magnesium would probly help as well. the pills are ok but the better stuff is in a powder. stuff i use is called natural calm. can take it 2 ways. mix with boiling water like a tea, or like i do mix with just a little boiling water(1/3 cup) mix it in good fill the cup with ice water and drink it that way. hot water diffuses it better.

    Glad to hear it is working.

    I asked the wife to get some bananas last time she went shopping. She said we have thrown away better than they were trying to sell. She will try again next time.
