CCW wins in MO Supreme Court

The Supreme Court of Missouri today ruled that the new CCW is constitutional. It goes into effect immediately.[:D]

Four counties have a funding issue but that is expected to be taken care of in the legislature soon.

The 12 year fight is over!

Like in the NFL, defense is the key.

I live in one of the four counties with the funding issue. Our sheriff went on the tv tonight and says he'll use money from a non-discretionary fund and start issuing permits within 2 weeks. He is pro-CCW.

That is good news for everyone. Just a few more states to go. Then after that maybe we can get rid of the permits altogether.

I got the course out of the way early, got a little nervous on this one...thought I paid $100 for a day of target shooting, which was fun, just pricey with the mandatory factory ammo[:D]
