Why does he have a flat front tire and big puddle of oil under his bike?

Look very closely at the second picture at the side of the wheel against the engine. It was a front end collision that crammed the tire back into the engine and blew it off of the rim and bent the wheel.

As you see, Harleys are always welcome.[;)]

I really rather ride with about three or four friends, and we usually a very mixed group of bikes. In our little weekend club are the following group.

    3 Goldwings
    5 Harleys
    1 Honda VTX1800
    1 Suzuki Marauder
    1 BMW
    1 Yamaha XS1100SF
    1 Kawasaki ZX14
    1 Honda Shadow
    1 Honda 919

We just like bike riders who want to get some wind.

What a great place to leave his disabled bike. Right in the middle of a narrow bridge. [xx(]

No wonder the entire planet thinks all Americans are FAT and lazy..
If that "Gold-wing-thing" didn't weigh as much as a small truck(and prob. as much as a full-size truck)with that guy with what looks to be a keg of beer up his shirt. He might have been able to slow it down before he *-packed the car in front of him.
Maybe he should spend more time looking at where he's going, insted of looking at the little stream that flown under the bridge.Or was he looking for a place to EAT???[xx(]

Probably looking at his reflection in the mirror. Or maybe he was distracted while fiddling with the microwave oven. [:D]

Actually, it was the other guys fault. The car entered the bridge splitting the lanes after the bike was already on it and the rider had no place to go. He got stopped and the car still hit him. The car driver was given the ticket. It was a head on.

Why did you immediately assume it was the bikes fault?

One of the reasons I don't like the 2007's with the navigation system. You can override the safety lockout that won't let you do the routing if moving. Bad, bad idea![V]

It wouldn't roll, and at 925lbs, it's kind of tough to drag. Had you use a tow truck to move it.

You should get a group together and drive up. You would have a blast. Probably be a nice drive too. They have tours of the plant and demo bikes. Plus lots of venders and stuff like that. 95% of the bikes there are honda's, pretty crazy to see a 300,000 square foot or so parking lot packed full of bikes, plus all the over flow they have.

As soon as Sandy is back on her feet, I will try to plan it.

I'd be so pissed they'd have to zip me in a straight jacket. I hope the owner of the Gold Wing stomped the cage-driver's guts out. [:(!]

He wanted too but the windshield took his eye out (black eye not really damaged) and the other driver was at least 80. Kept his cool. Good guy.

He missed a prime opportunity. Those 80-year-olds are easy to whip.[:D]
