More Mexicans means more drugs in this area?

I have raised my 3 teenagers with morals. Some call them Christian morals but to me they are just old time good common sence morals. I used some drugs as a high school student and have made no secret of it to my kids. We have sat down and I have explained what drugs can do to you and what they have done to my uncle which they have seen. With that said we went to a couple of Flea Markets today to see what deals were out there. We stopped at the Georgetown KY flea market and when we got out of the truck, my oldest son asked me to come around to the passenger side to see what was laying on the ground. His mother also said I should see this. I walked around the truck and there lay a half smoked joint! Well I smashed it into the asphalt with my boot and all 3 of my kids talked about how stupid some peole can be using pot. I was proud of their remarks. We shopped around but found no deals so when we got back to the truck my ol lady asked me to take a closer look at the car on her side of the truck. Right near the edge of the car were 2 more joints and I mashed them in the asphalt. My daughter asked me a good question afterwards; why is there no LEOs in the area since it seems there is a huge drug problem there. I asked a person who works at the Flea market the same question and he told me that since the flea market has been over run by MEXICANS they are finding drugs every where! The past few times I have noticed that there have been more Mexicans than any other race of people there so I guess we won't be going back. Now I am not racist but when you see more drugs where you see more Mexicans then to me the problem seems to be Mexicans! Is this the only area of the country that is seeing this trend?
Sorry to rant on but it just irks me to no end when mostly illegal aliens have the gaul to flaunt our laws in our faces and our own government won't do anything about it. Heck when we were teenagers we hid our pot use from every one! If we had smoked a joint in a public area we would have been arested real quick.

Not just Mexicans(although we have way too many).[:(]
REMEMBER THE ALAMO!!!!!
IT'S WHAT PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT THEMSELVES THAT MAKES THEM AFRAID.
I've got two neighbors in my complex who are as high as kites 24-7 and the rank stench of marijuana can be smelled four days out of the week in the courtyard. These neighbors are as white as the driven snow. So I guess I could say, "More whites in the area means more drugs." I mean, I'm not being racist or anything, but when those whites moved in, drugs moved in, too!

Monkey, 95% of the Mexicans here in KY are illegals and they drive better vehicles than I do. Where is all their money coming from? Seems alful funny we are seeing a lot more drugs when the illegals come to town to house tobacco than when they are not here! Yes we have white drug dealers but heck, they are at least are smart enough to hide it! Like I said the drug problem mushrooms with the influx of ILLEGAL Mexicans! Those that come here legally are out to work for the most part and those are welcome here but along with the good ones come the trash. Same with the white folks around here as well. We have our trash that need to be cleaned from time to time.
They are well organized and spread out.
LAWRENCEVILLE - Federal agents announced Thursday they have brought down a major Mexican drug cartel and its kingpin who had set up operations based in Atlanta, extending into Gwinnett and the southeastern United States.
Eighteen of 24 suspects arrested in metro Atlanta were from Gwinnett County. A total of 51 cartel members were arrested in Georgia, Tennessee and Texas since last Thursday, officials said.
In addition, the alleged ringleader of the drug operation, Armando Valencia, was arrested Aug. 15 in the western state of Jalisco, Mexico, by Mexican authorities. Valencia allegedly moved a third of the cocaine and marijuana smuggled from Mexico into the United States.
According to federal authorities, the smugglers typically hid drugs in vehicles to bring them across the border from Reynosa, Mexico, into McAllen, Texas. Once in the United States, the drugs were usually taken to Atlanta from Texas using hidden compartments welded into the gas tanks of tractor-trailers which were loaded with produce. The dope was then distributed into North Carolina, Tennessee and up the East Coast.
Bulk shipment was also used to return drug proceeds into Texas and Mexico, officials said.
At a quiet Norcross home on 1498 Robin Hill Drive last week, law enforcement seized 500 pounds of marijuana. More than $2 million total was seized at a home on 500 Ringtail Road in Lilburn and at a Smyrna home.
All totaled in Atlanta, 254 kilos of cocaine, 500 pounds of marijuana, two pounds of methamphetamine, a half-pound of liquid methamphetamine, 13 guns, $3.1 million and eight vehicles were seized.
According to Duffey, the suspects arrested were part of a sophisticated operation, Mexican traffickers brought in specifically for illegal activity who are more violent than most drug dealers.
"They'll run from police, crash cars, they'll do anything to get away," said DEA Special Agent in Charge Mike Furgason.
The joined forces of the Drug Enforcement Agency, FBI, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, IRS, along with state and local law enforcement officers were brought to bear on the cartel, Duffey said. The Gwinnett Police SWAT team, Gwinnett Police Drug Task Force, in addition to investigators from the Gwinnett District Attorney's Office were also involved.
Operation Enigma marked a turning point for federal agencies, which Duffey admitted have in the past been largely reactive instead of proactive when investigating drug activity. Although he refused to cite any specific method of investigation, Duffey said agents now "understand these organizations in a way we have never understood them before," from working to decipher the cartel's method of operation and predict its behavior.
The cartel was highly sophisticated because members study law enforcement methods to stay a step ahead of authorities.
"They spend as much time researching as they do selling drugs," Duffey said.
Authorities targeted Valencia's cartel because it was one which they knew the least about and therefore presented the biggest challenge, Duffey added.
Gwinnett suspects arrested:
n Lawrenceville: Patricio Vargas, 24, Armando Barragan-Ramirez, 38, Jose Antonio Valdivinos-Busto, 27, Dante Rodriguez-Sotelo, 25, Ana Isabel Covarrubias, 40, and Gonzalo Vidales Cisneros, 24.
n Norcross: Jaime Gonzalez-Mejia, 22, Melvin Torres-Baldovinos, 31, Alma Delia Torres-Avila, 24, Maria Deyenira, 23, Luz Adriana Pena Sanchez, 21, Rigoberto Garcia Jaimes, 27, Efrain Garcia Jaimes, 24, Marcos Antonio Bravo Velez, unknown age, and Marcos Ibarra-Nunez, 24.
n Lilburn: Francisco Javier-Chavez Ocegueda, 34, and Leopoldo Cervantes Valencia, 33.

Guess What. Just because you don't talk about it doesn't mean it doesn't exsist.
Illegal mexicans here in Jax, Fl are only arrested when found on jobs like working on the JFK. Three times many illegal Mexicans were arrested working on this Military Ship. How hard would it be for a person of the Mid-East to pass himself off as a Mexican?
These illegal Mexicans have taken over the construction business working for unscrupulous companies, putting me out of business.
29 years of doing drywall and now I can't pay my bills.
Up north I always had work. WE NEED TO DO SOMETHING! We catch them stealing our tools on the job during lunches and they say they made a mistake they thought it was theirs. If you beat them up you go to jail and lose your gun buying and carrying rights.
Why anyone would stick up for illegal Mexicans is beyond me.

And I will defend it....
Everytime tells me that getting rid of legally owned guns will stop people from getting them (since the thieves will steal them and sell them to other bad guys). I always tell them that it sure has stopped the flow of illegal drugs into the U.S. [:D]
Having a predictable enemy is better than having an ally you can't trust.
I thought I would mention this just to be fair to both groups that most of the time get a bad rap, some time justifiably.
Maybe there is hope for us all to get along in the future.
Get the job done and come home safe guys.

The southern border will always remain open.
I have 3 Mexican friend who came to this country legally through a sponsorship. When they applied for their PA drivers license, legally, the DOT lady registered them Democrat and they are elligible to vote in any election which they don't out of personal choice untill they obtain their US ctizenship. They told me when they were coming to the states their father told them to settle as far north as possible and stay away from other Mexicans and the police.

When guns were invented everything changed. For the first time in the history of the world a frail woman had a chance to sucessfully defend herself and home. My dream is that one of the anti-gun nuts will need a gun for defense and be unable to have one because of their own actions.
I wonder why the 3 biggest drug busts in KY were ILLEGAL Mexicans? Wonder why when they raided a chicken processing plant in western KY they found that 70%+ of the workers were ILLEGAL Mexicans? I wonder why there are 3 ILLEGAL mexicans dead in Lexington KY right now that were dumped together in the KY River and they can not figure out who killed them? I wonder why a Mexican was convicted of killing another in a drug deal gone bad in Lexington Ky this past week? Wonder what all these have in common, Illegal, Drugs, & Mexican![?][}:)]
Last time I noticed Ky was not in Mexicobut according to some of you maybe I am wrong and they moved it over night![:0]

there would not be a half smoked joint on the ground, they use roach clips to get every bit of it.
more drugs? maybe, cause rich whitey wants it.
Smoke, what the ---- is MDA????????
It's the Muscular Dystrophy Association or "Jerry's Kids" you may have seen a little TV show over the Labor Day weekend about this. People call in and pledge money. The nations Firefighters are out on the streets and other places collecting money for it. You might have seen the "Big Red Shinny Things" setting near street intersections or the entrances of stores. We use our fire boots for people to drop their money in, hence the "Fill the Boot". This is the 50th year the Firefighters have helped collect. My department raised around $6500 this year from Friday to Sunday.
I thought that everyone knew what the MDA was.

"...no matter how you analyze it, the USA is the only "house" my family and I have. And I am getting very, very sick and tired of so many people from other countries thinking they have a RIGHT to walk into my "house" anytime they feel like it, bring in anyone they chose and do as they please."
I believe that's a quote from Geronimo.
