New Indiana gun law

I heard per an ISP officer that Indiana snuck in a new law about CC permits. I have heard that if a CC permit holder moves to a new address and does not get his permit updated IMMEDIATELY, and he or she gets caught with it, it is an automatic felony! The permit must be updated almost before you move. I have not confirmed this for sure yet, so if anyone can confirm or or deny its validity please let me know. If it is true, I just wanted to warn everybody. I haven't been online in a while, so if this is old news, I apologize.
All it takes for evil to prevail is that good men do nothing.
For the first time a civilized nation has full gun registration; the streets are safer, the police are more effective, and the rest of the world will follow us into history--Hitler 1937

I rush in where others flee.
Quote..... "(i) If a person who holds a valid license to carry a handgun issued under this chapter:
(1) changes the person's name; or
(2) changes the person's address;
the person shall, not later than sixty (60) days after the date of the change, notify the superintendent, in writing, of the person's new name or new address."
