That castle

Has anyone else seen that castle on the way to Dallas Ft. Worth? Ive seen it for years but dont know what it is, is it a very old castle built for a real king, a house, what?

    Gene I believe it was built as an attraction/home in the early 1900's and recently sold to someone in Houston, It has suffered from vandalism and fires, it was recently sold/auctioned off by the city of Lake Worth, you can find an archived article in the Star Telegram, and maybe the FT Worth Libary, while your at the Libary you might as well get the book about the history of Jacksboro Highway, full of stories about gamblers, the mafia, the bars, prohibition, and murder, you will recognize alot of the landmarks, and if my memory serves me right, there is a chapter about the castle.
