To me it is an obivious film makers violation of the first ammendment of FREEDOM OF SPEACH.
Father of Slain Navy SEAL: Hillary Promised to Prosecute Filmmaker Behind Incendiary Muslim Movie
The Obama administration initially blamed the Sept. 11, 2012 attack that killed four Americans in Benghazi on a video that strongly criticized Islam.
For days, we heard White House officials blast the film in question, and President Barack Obama even addressed the video directly during a speech given at the U.N. days after the attack.
We now know intelligence gathered almost immediately reveals the video had no connection to the assault.
That didn't stop Secretary of State Hillary Clinton from telling Charles Woods, the father of one of the Americans killed, that she would bring the filmmaker to justice, according to FoxNews.com.
Woods, in interviews earlier this week, also described a series of conversations he had with administration officials at the memorial service held Sept. 14. He said that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton -- despite signs early on that militants were behind the attack -- pledged to him at that event that she would pursue the maker of an anti-Islam film that had been linked to other protests.
"Her countenance was not good and she made this statement to me ... she said we will make sure that the person who made that film is arrested and prosecuted," he said on radio host Glenn Beck's online show, adding that she also apologized.
Woods said he "could tell that she was not telling me the truth."

Having a slightly warped sense of humor is now a crime?
She is a walking, talking idiot.
Maybe, but that poor basterd is still locked up in Jail. The idiot is going to ruin his life in order to try and cover her incompetence.

But did he not have a probation Violation by posting that video. So they do have something to nail him with.

Since when is that a Federal crime? This is total BS. She would have wanted Bush crucified. [:(!]
Let the guy, who made the film, out of jail and fess up on what really happened.
Jesus Christ, and his followers being a merry band of
samesexuals ? I know many were offended, but I don't
think anyone was killed, nor arrested.
I think this is the whole flaw in hate crime laws,
if we arrest people for what they think, rather than for
what they do then where will it stop ?
Here is some info on why they are still holding him.
quote:Citing a lengthy pattern of deception, U.S. Central District Chief Magistrate Judge Suzanne Segal said Nakoula Basseley Nakoula should be held after officials said he violated his probation from a 2010 check fraud conviction.
"The court has a lack of trust in this defendant at this time," Segal said.
Nakoula, 55, was arrested Thursday. He had eight probation violations, including lying to his probation officers and using aliases, and he might face new charges that carry a maximum two-year prison term, authorities said. Nakoula will remain behind bars until another hearing where a judge will rule if he broke the terms of his probation.
Nakoula wore beige pants and a collared shirt when he was led into the courtroom handcuffed and shackled. He appeared relaxed, smiling at one point before the hearing and conferring with his attorney.
After his 2010 conviction, Nakoula was sentenced to 21 months in prison and was barred from using computers or the Internet for five years without approval from his probation officer.

If he had approval, then no laws broken by using the computer or webbernet.
The guy supposedly broke parole and it had nothing to do with committing a crime.
...bump in the road.
death of four embassy persons.
